Event Manager

We're growing and seeking a full-time Event Manager to add to our team of amazing event staff! Our Event Managers work directly with our couples from the moment they step through our doors for their first tour, to that special day when they celebrate the start of forever surrounded by their closest family and friends. The ideal candidate has high standards, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, a fantastic work ethic, a passion for weddings and events, and a drive to provide outstanding service.

Venue Manager

We're seeking a full-time Venue Manager to lead and grow Mercantile Hall! The Venue Manager will maintain the facility and its equipment, handle hiring and training, oversee our wonderful team, and more. This role requires candidates to be organizationally brilliant, accountable, proactive, work with joy, motivate and inspire the team, and value inclusivity. Event Staff Member

Event Staff Member

We're currently seeking part-time Event Staff Members to add to our amazing crew! Event Staff Members assist in the set-up of events, as well as serve as an extra set of hands when it comes to mid-event room flips. Candidates should be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. Fridays are required. There are two shifts per day as outlined in the job description (click the button below!) and candidates should be willing to work one or both shifts on a given day.

The ideal candidate should act with integrity and honesty, have a happy can-do attitude, be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and have the ability to lift/move various objects and stand for extended periods of time. Bartender | Suesanna the Camper Bar

Bartender

We're in search of an outstanding Bartender to join our team! Mercantile Hall Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages during events at one of two bars - The Merc Hall Bar (indoor) and Suesanna, our vintage camper bar (outdoor). Candidates should be available on evenings/weekends and willing to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month during peak season (May-November).

Evening Event Captain

We're looking for an outstanding part-time Closing Captain to join our team. Closing Captains oversee the evening hours of events and handle post-event tear down. This position requires availability to work evenings on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. The shift ends after the event concludes and the responsibilities listed in the job description (click the button below!) are satisfied.
